Where: Bob Reed Field on the Downtown Campus of Delaware State University

Times: 8:30am – 6:00pm

Ages: High School Graduates (2024, 2025, 2026, 2027) and Junior College Transfers.

Cost: $175 per Prospect

Welcome to the 2023 Delaware State University, First State Baseball Fall Prospect Camp. The Prospect Camp is designed to help each athlete showcase their individual talent in a competitive environment in front of the Delaware State Coaching Staff

DETAILS

The Prospect Camp Begins with a two-hour pro style work out ran by the DSU coaching staff, followed by a live game. This allows each athlete to maximize their potential to play Division 1 baseball and gives the DSU coaching staff an intimate look at each player while competing with and against some of the top players along the Mid – Atlantic Seaboard.

The Prospect Camp gives DSU Recruiting Coordinator and Head Coach an opportunity to get a personal and firsthand look at each potential prospect. Our prospect Camp is a great recruiting tool for our program. We have current players on our roster that we have recruited because they attended our camp.

Each attendee should bring baseball appropriate clothing, cleats, bats, gloves, helmet, and a lunch

Itinerary:          

*8:30 – Registration & Introductions

*9:00 – Stretch & Throw

*9:30 – Instructional Pro Style Workout

*10:45 – Instructional BP

*12:00 – Lunch

*1:00 – Life of A Student Athlete College Talk

*2:00 – Instructional Games

WHAT TO BRING

Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, helmet and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. The Delaware State University Baseball program will not be responsible for lost items.
